A lot of anniversaries were put on hold over the past couple of years. In early 2020, as The Oregonian/OregonLive started researching our 10th annual guide to Portland’s best new food carts, we planned to pair that list with a “Where are they now” story updating readers on all of our best new food cart winners from years past.

The pandemic had other plans.
