Syracuse, N.Y. — Right about now, you’re sitting at your office (or home office) making plans for the weekend. About 200,000 of you will likely end up at the Taste of Syracuse downtown.
We just left there, and it’s starting to pick up. From the start of the annual food fest at 11 a.m. to noon, reporters Charlie Miller, Don Cazentre, Jules Struck and Sunny Hernandez roamed the three blocks of stands and food trucks and sampled as much as we could in 60 minutes. We made it to 34 places, 36 if you include the free doughnuts and the beer stand.
